So what about the random acts?
Anyone?
It wouldn’t happen here where I am.
You’d be charched double that it actually cost. You’re lucky…living in the civilized world.October 27, 2007 at 12:04 am #752415Anonymous
GuestI receive them all the time. Many come from this forum.
I’m still hunting the person who signed up under me at brightshare. *i think they’re afraid I’ll give them a hug and kiss if I ever see them …. and they’re right.
keep running …..I’ll find you and you’ll get that hug and kiss. Oops…. just figured out who it was. Thank you sir. I won’t mention the person out of respect of privacy … but thank you again.same goes for the folks at CR/RA. Brent’s been hiding from me for ages lol.
I’ll get you Brent. Now I’ve added Yaniv …. and really looking forward to giving that hug and kiss to Renee.

I think the world is full of good people. Its a shame those that choose to live a “less than kind to others” life tend to overshadow the good people.
There are many others …. too many to name.
I’d grow out of my clothes pretty quickly.
too late for me. …..sigh. I hurt my knee in a motorcycle accident back in Oct … (last year) … it has never healed. I can’t any longer run or exercise to any extent and the weight has been put on. I’m also on probation which keeps my vices down to basically eating and drinking …. I can’t wait to get off so I can go back to my old ways and leave the bottle alone for smoking pot.

InactiveRandom Acts
I suppose my sister has encountered a few… I think its coz she has big… teeth… though.
She was on her provisional licence.. Here in Oz you have to wear P Plates on your car if you are on your provisional licence..
So my sister had magnetic P plates and they wouldn’t stick on her car because the car was so dirty (thanks to the drought and not being allowed to wash our cars).
So she is pulled over by a copped who says ‘you’re not displayign your P Plates. Are you aware that the offence incurs a $179 fine and a loss of 2 points on your licence?’
She says ‘Yes but they wont stick coz the car is so dirty’.
He says ‘ok well ill let you off this time but make sure you display the plates from now on ok?’
She grabs the plates and says to him ‘Would you mind putting them on for me? You will have to brush away the dirt’
So here is this policeman dusting dirt off the front of her car, sticks the P plate on and lets her go free with no fine..
WTF?!
This never happens to me. It happens to her all the time. It kinda fits into the random act thing…

InactiveHello Martyn
I am usually the provider of random acts of kindness, for example, today i made a pretty girl i had never seen before smile and get all gitty inside
Reading through Renee’s posts requires random acts of patience, i’m afraid i just don’t get some of your make believe dingo words from down under
BB1, gonna smoke yourself silly eh buddy, go nuts, just remember when u float off into the clouds and plant your buzz onto the highest mountain, look for me cuz i’m already there
Martyn, this is what u should do…
Go back to the same place and wait for the cola man to show up again, see if he gives u another free cola, u know, he might just be trying to win your affection

Inactivehaha not a bad idea. If the old timer does fancy a slice of Beacon pie I could probably work this to my advantage and get free coke for life for only a small sacrifice!
:tooconfus
On second thoughts, for the sake of 90p a bottle I can continue sit comfortably and keep my dignity! :kissass:

InactiveMy Family has been blessed with a group act of kindness.
My husband started a new job 2 months ago, after his life long job up and moved out of state on him. [ nice thank you ]
Well at his new job, which he loves, and is always saying that if you can’t get along with the people at this place….then you just can’t get along with people.!….he thinks they are all great people, and now they have proven it…they found out our son, our youngest son, is in the Air Force and has been sent to Iraq. He has been there for 4 months now, so they all have gotten together and are sending our son, a huge care package for the holidays!…This touched me so much i cried when he told me how the people are coming up to him and asking what are son would like. He tells me, pat i don’t hardly know these people and they are coming from everywhere asking me what to get Branden!…..My and his own family haven’t even done this!!
I think this is a wonderfully thoughtful thing to do. And it just shows that there are beautiful people in the world, you just have to find them.

InactivePat, that beats the sh!t out of my free bottle of coke!
Those guys and girls out in Iraq are doing a fab job, a friend of mine was out there but is back now and from what he says its fcukin hard hard job. Some of the stories i heard just dont bare thinking about and the long term affects…well for my friend he now has a big dislike for fireworks, with November 5th coming up I’m not sure he will be heading to a bonfire party?!?
Good job well done/doing…send on my regards from all at Betfred!
Maybe we could put on a game for the boys out in Iraq?

poluroud20Member….this is so strange!
Had my Mum and 7 year old brother staying at my house for 3 nights.
Yesterday morning, I went to get something from the fridge and on the front was those letters that spelled:
“I LOVE C*NT”
Very strange as my Mum (hopefully!) would not do that, my girlfriend would not do that either and I damn hope that my 7 year old brother wouldn’t know what “c*nt” is.
I am still bemused
