I’ve worked with Best Casino Partner since they launched, and I agree with Antoine that fixing their reporting would be a huge improvement. And bounced checks are always frustrating. Affiliate Speed Pay is a great option for paying affiliates; I’d love to see that option available there.
I must agree the reporting section is a total useless mess

I get these kind of errors almost every time.

If netwin is 5000 the monthly commission report shows 500, which sould be 30%x5000=1500

Thing is I could understand problems with the website and stats if this was a small operation. But golden palace/golden casino are one of the largest groups around. There really is no excuse for things been like this for years now.
Its the bouncing checks part that gets me.
In South Africa bouncing checks is considered to be fraud.
Surely it is the same in other countries?
How come they get away with doing this time and time again?Isn’t this site supposed to switch over to the new Vegas Tech affiliate platform with their aff site?
That would be a vast improvement, and fast, and no reinventing the wheel.
New VT affiliate platform is the one Coins have been using for some time now ?

IMHO it’s crap. Stats don’t add up, lots of bugs ….. i’d rather BCP used their curent system.
When these problems are fixed and checks quit bouncing let me know so I can consider whether or not to promote this program.

Captain, Ive never had a check bounce from them , and they have been paying on time for a while now.
Stats are off sometime, hoping they are this month too as im 80k in the neg, but at least they dont carry it over.
Just had a check and it cleared no issues
Guys I will get the certification team to check on these issues with BCP. We have had great luck in the past with them and I believe they will be responsive.
Personally I havent had any issues with bounced checks, but I would like a better stats package so I can improve my marketing efforts for their products.
