InactiveI’ve worked with Best Casino Partner since they launched, and I agree with Antoine that fixing their reporting would be a huge improvement. And bounced checks are always frustrating. Affiliate Speed Pay is a great option for paying affiliates; I’d love to see that option available there.

I get these kind of errors almost every time.

InactiveThing is I could understand problems with the website and stats if this was a small operation. But golden palace/golden casino are one of the largest groups around. There really is no excuse for things been like this for years now.

In South Africa bouncing checks is considered to be fraud.
Surely it is the same in other countries?

InactiveIMHO it’s crap. Stats don’t add up, lots of bugs ….. i’d rather BCP used their curent system.

Captain, Ive never had a check bounce from them , and they have been paying on time for a while now.
Stats are off sometime, hoping they are this month too as im 80k in the neg, but at least they dont carry it over.

vladcizsolMemberGuys I will get the certification team to check on these issues with BCP. We have had great luck in the past with them and I believe they will be responsive.
Personally I havent had any issues with bounced checks, but I would like a better stats package so I can improve my marketing efforts for their products.
