I spoke with Marvyn at Fortune Affiliates who is looking into the two questions for me. He did try to contact me via phone but I hadn’t updated my information and couldn’t connect. He indicated that hopefully, these problems will be satisfactorily resolved by week’s end. Thanks Marvyn for working with me on this what ever the outcome!
