buohcomMemberHi,
If you are on a 25% revenue share and your commission shows -5,000 this would mean your players won appx 20,000+ depending on how the program calculates Net Gaming Revenue (NGR). Chargebacks can also factor in depending on the program.
I believe their calculation is as follows per the listed terms and conditions:
(Total Loss – Total Payouts – Non-Cash Items) x Commission Percentage
“Non-Cash Items” will now refer to the value of free credits or bonus money handed out to players by the casino or any other direct costs incurred to maintain the loyalty of a player
I hope this helps.
Kindest Regards,
Brooke

InactiveHey Andreas
I’ve looked through and cannot find any account of yours on revshare. All accounts under your name are on the wager model.
If you’re on the old revshare as you’ve mentioned in your post, that means you are being paid 35% of the (total) gross loss (this includes bonuses)…
So if you have $-5000 in commission it means your player has won just over $14,000 (but your stats should show this in the profit to casino column). If you’d like more info let me know.
Cheers

I had the old model, %, cancelled account though.. I dont believe i ws receiving 35% as thats the maximum, hopefully not, so that my player actually won 25% = $5000 x 4 $20.000
Im very glad for this as even though i made a lot of cash it was divided by at least 15 players so their losses werent that big, but the winning of this player on casinorewards was big in my eyes..

InactiveThe old revshare model only paid 35%. There were no tiers. So the player would have won just over 14k as I said in my previous post.
If you’d like to send me the username I’d be happy to look into it.
Cheers
