what i do, is just keep them up and running,
put links on them to your gambling sites,
perhaps not very usefull, but it wont harm you neither,one of my old pages turned out later to rank high for some casino searches

I kicked a lot of pages off my site over the years, and more often than not, in retrospect, I should have kept them.
Keep the pages.
With some content in each page your site can not be depreciated in any way.
