    Hey all

    This one might be unanswerable, but just wondered if anyone had ever had problems with the affiliate Tribun regarding player side stuff?

    I’m having a bit of a hard time trying to explain to him that the reason he is having ‘trouble’ at our casinos is because he has opened multiple accounts in multiple currencies and claimed the SUB at all of them, even though the T&Cs say he can only claim once per casino.

    Obviously I’m going out of my way to help, however this guy has kept important details from me that has made me look like an idiot to my colleagues… Just wondered if anyone else had this experience.. I’m finding myself feeling reluctant to help him anymore.

    is this just his own account trying to claim all these bonuses in that manner? If you want a faster explanation just lock the accounts ;) I don’t know if what I am going to post in this same section of the forums, is a similar problem but let me know.

    Yep..

    He opened an account at every casino in USD and claimed the sign up bonus on each account. After awhile he closed every USD account, and reopened an account at each casino in EUR, then claimed the sign up bonus for each account again, despite the T&C saying the bonus was available once per person etc.

    We had a promotion for April Fools, which was sent out to a few people it wasnt supposed to go to. The promotion stated that the bonus could be claimed once per person only.. So he tried to get it on each account, and once I told him that he wasn’t supposed to receive the promotion, however we would honour it anyway and to tell me which account to transfer the bonus into, he told me that the support was not up to scratch for not honouring it at each property etc.

    The bonus WAS actually credited to his account before he even messaged me. Me being the trusting person I am decided to take his word for it and didn’t even check before sending it over to our techies… call me the fool for that.

    I told him that the bonus was already there and told him that the reason he is having issues at our casinos is because he looks like he is opening accounts just to get bonuses and that next time he should provide all the info because this really makes me look like an idiot…

    I also told him that all the other players have to go through support and that I was going out of my way to help him, doing something for him that is not my job and all I am getting from him is grief, and not a word of thanks.

    Still nothing.. sounds to me that he is just after free money and whatever he can squeeze out.

    Thing is, id close the guys accounts but he hasn’t really done anything that would justify me closing them.

    Thats why i wanted to know if anyone else had probs… I’ve actually told him to call support if he has any more issues and that i wont help him anymore but he still comes back again.
