I suppose if you buy links based on an outdated PR it is. However his/her sites are very niche targeted and I would imagine links would be coveted from people targetting the same niches.

PR Is irrelevant in my opinion my sites had PR4/3 (most pages before the update not sure why they dropped however SEPR have not changed. My sites consistently perform well for competitive keywords such as “poker bonuses” #1 for “partybingo bonus code” 1st page for “partycasino bonus code” and so many titan bonus code phrases in many languages just to mention a few. This has been the case for around two years now and if you are targeting terms like this you will know that. Also my sites are hosted in Europe with 75%+ EU Traffic.

im almost scared to ask what it would cost to place a banner on your site for 6 months
