He’s offering links on 138 sites for $15k for 6 months. That works out to around $18 per link per site per month.
Truth is, thats cheaper than lots of other text links I’ve seen.

I myself have never purchased links for those prices either as I don’t really see the value proposition for my purposes.
My point was, that his links are no more costly than lots of other casino related links.
There are lots of successful affiliates who pay much more than this for links and I dont think they would continue to do so if it didnt work for them.
Yes, thats cheap. 39 sites PR4 for just 1K per month. ~ $25 per site! Plus PR can be higher after 2-3 month.
We need money for Xmas.
