InactiveMark,
I am ready to give up on bingo tho a few webmasters do ok apparently.
I get the visitors I get the clicks and don’t get the players at all. $6 in 6 months.
That same amount of visitors to casinos instead of our bingo pages would have produced 5 figures I am certain.
The market is a little different as it is soft gambling so maybe just my marketing sucks

vladcizsolMemberBingo is a bust for me too and I have a great deal of high quality traffic that converts for every other game.
I am not sure if it’s the programs I selected to work with or if the market is wildly overstated, but I have basically given up on this niche and thrown my efforts towards Poker with MUCH better results.

InactiveI just looked at some stats…
The now defunct Kiwi Bingo aff program (they change aff programs more often than I change my socks BTW…is there another under way yet?)
693 clicks from one bingo page and never a depositor. Now I am depressed but for the fact prof mentioned POKER!

I view those clicks as “double opt in” clicks… searches from engines…to my bingo page…to the bingo room. Gold plate traffic as far as I am concerned.

InactiveThe typical bingo player usually is a freebie hunter and are the ones who probable spend the least per year on gambling for that particular form.
Perhaps the marketing strategy should be made very different. Instead of focusing on the bingo itself, focus on the chat, community, etc.
Just my “not so educated opinion” on bingo.

InactiveBingo is aimed at a very different audience than casino players and the successful bingo portal’s tend to target towards a female audience.
Also note that Bingo also brings in players that have greater loyality and are there for the game and to chat with other players, but not many whales are brought in few Bingo even though there are a few whales out there.
With the right marketing and the right portal you can do quite well in Bingo. Some of the best performing portals out there include:
http://www.dot-bingo.com
http://www.whichbingo.comAlso during the past couple of weeks I have been working on the implementation of http://www.bingoknights.com and the affiliate program http://www.affiliates4bingo.com and I would appreciate CAP members to review these sites.

InactiveI have only one thing to say to that:
Cherchez la femme!
Also, a lot of the fault lies with Bingo Halls – they are all designed by men with male ideas and eyes.
They need to be feminine or playful or some sort of phantasy.
If you think casino traffic will play Bingo – think again!
There are freebie hunters – I run a free bingo myself, have for a couple of years. But there are also Bingo players who put down $20 every week. I have some who put down $200 every month.
It adds up.

InactiveI agree with Dom.
Bingo and slots are games that should be targeted at older women. Women don’t want to stand around and figure things out on table games. They also like the thrill of winning something that has loads of players involved, can’t really do that with blackjack.
Personally, if I were in the site owning business, I would open a bingo site, and theme it entirely around an older female audience. I guarantee it would be a success.
