    Hi everybody,

I know that a lot of people is concerned about the processing fees that are now being displayed in our reports and I want to let you all know that it is actually a step forward to provide a better and improved service.

We went public about charging processing fees for US players around 2 years ago when the law made it so hard for them to deposit money. By that time we started paying huge fees for those transfers and had to start charging a portion of them.

Our technology is now better than it was back then and we can now charge a processing fee based on the method of deposit ONLY to U.S. players that made a deposit (from 8% to 10% while we absorb the rest, that can be as high as 20%). We added the ‘processing fees’ column to our reports so you can all see how much is being charged and be transparent about it.

We are centering all our energy in doing the right thing for the whole industry. We are right now very excited about the launch of the CEREUS network that is just around the block and that will make you all experience a nice increase in 2009.

    Best regards,

    Marcela

    Marcela,

There are lots of errors with the reports in terms of processing fees for November right now. Here is what I am seeing as of November 6th:

    1. Processing fees are charged to players in the CUSTOMERS report that have not made a deposit at all this month.

    2. The PROCESSING FEES report is showing WAY LESS processing fees and deposit records than the ACCOUNT REGISTER.

    3. Players that HAVE DEPOSITED are getting processing fees in the neighbourhood of 30-50%.

    4. It looks to me on the CUSTOMER REPORT that the processing fees column should be the BlackJack colums – everything is shifted to the right – making BlackJack revenue missing and the revenue ending up in the “processing fees” column for a DOUBLE WHAMMY/HIT on total revenue.

    5. I am seeing about triple in processing fees on the account register compared to 10% of total deposits…(eg…showing $2000 in deposits on account register, but over $500 in processing fees total on account register).

    6. There are processing fees that showed up on November 1st for Sub-Affiliate revenue. This showed up for both AP and UB before any revenue was totalled for the month and is STILL THERE.

    7. There are processing feed for tourney blackjack, poker, sub-affiliate revenue and popup blackjack – all 4 categories – this is confusing and appears that it is not correct.

I hope you guys can get it all fixed – but first, please acknowledge there is a problem. If you need to see the proof, please check out my (corpfan1) ACCOUNT REGISTER, CUSTOMER REPORT, PROCESSING FEES REPORT, etc…

It is nice to have transparency, but the math/formula needs to be correct.

    Hi Chris,

As Danielle said the problems are being fixed.

I sent all your complaints to our development team. Thank you very much for your feedback.

    Have a great day!

    HI Marcela,

You know I appreciate how hard you guys work – especially with being understaffed.

I just want to make sure there is INDEED a problem with the stats in Chipleader’s eyes…

And they are not complaints, just observations about the numbers.

Honestly, I don’t “complain” – I just like the numbers to be right – as…

we, as affiliates, shouldn’t have to spend time worrying about stats being accurate or fair – we should be able to spend that time advertising, site-building and promoting the brands.

I totally agree with you. I didn’t mean to say that in a negative way… :hattip:

On a separate note, Danielle wants to know why your facebook picture is a “100 GRAND” bar, she thinks they are as bad as a “Werthers Original”. :wink-wink

    Marce,

Just a heads up…today…processing fees are ramped up…and….I also had NEGATIVE $500 in sub affiliate revenue applied! Nuts…

I hope they are just playing around with the stats and don’t think they are fixed yet, as things are wayyyyyy worse today!

Cheers!….hope you are doing lots of heavy drinking!

Here is a screenshot example to show how screwed up the math is…

Also, data has been removed from the account register, such as deposits, customers registered and depositors, etc…this is vital data for affiliates…as we have no time to count these in the customer reports. I don’t think removing data is a solution – it is more like a coverup to make it harder to figure out the math…
