I had a question regarding my account. I sent Lisa at [email protected] on Saturday night. She got right back to me today.
We even played a quick email tag today. 8 emails back and forth within less then 10 mins. Lisa is fantastic!
I do know any email coming from any department from Best Casino Partner, even though, I have 3 different email addis of theirs in my address book, they keep ending up in my Spam/bulk email. In short, perhaps you DID receive a reply but did not check your bulk mail?
Edited to add….in the subject line of your email to [email protected] simply put “ATTN: Lisa“. That should wake her up. We’re all guilty of taking a snooze sometimes and may miss somethings just being human.

They don’t pay via Click2Pay. Change your payment method to WT or check and you will receive your commissions.

I haven’t yet received March commissions, but usually they arrive after 15th day via WT.
I haven’t been paid by BestCasinoPartner for several months, though I have communicated with Lisa and others (Emiliano) and they said they would be paying all soon…if this is not the case I will be extremely disappointed. I do know some affiliates get monthly checks via FEDEX!
I did finally get paid after many months by Casino Blasters – there was a tech issue it took them a long time to discover and Emiliano was very apologetic and helpful and I appreciate his and Lisa efforts in that endeavor…
Now if only BCP payments come though as promised…
