InactiveI’m having a similar problem. The October earnings for my account seem to be inaccurate. After 2 emails I did receive a response informing me that they would look into it. I emailed them again yesterday but no response yet.

vladcizsolMemberWhile they arent a certified partner here, I have always heard positive positive feedback about Referspot and I can personally vouche for their casino’s player support. Texas I am sure they will be happy to work out any problems with you.
I suggest you use the contact info supplied by Rick, if you need further assistance I am sure we can locate someone over there to help out.

InactiveThank you all for your prompt replies. The info supplied by Rick is the person who has been ignoring my emails and phone calls. I know this group very well and have been dealing with them for a few years now. This situation has been going on just too long for me and I would not have posted asking for help if I hadn’t already tried to work this out with them myself for a month now. Is there any organization that regulates these guys ?

Well, Referspot is not a certified member here and I checked GPWA and they arent members there either. They apparently have a VERY limited budget for their affiliate program and are low on staff. I will ask Warren if he has any contacts there that might help.
In the mean time, will CAP members who do work with Referspot all put a bug in the ear of their affiliate manager? Please ask that they pop over here and respond or to take care of Texas hOOters directly?

InactiveHere is his solution to the problem with my account.
I had a meeting with the Web Dev team:
The difference between the reports is not only one of the timing frequency, but
that the 90 day report does not take into account MPC, Poker, and KGB.They will re-write this report and this will cure the problem.
