Neteller is easy and quick, and I think it’s the best way to go.
Once you properly verify your bank account, you should be fine. Did you do that? I’m not sure if the word is ‘verify’ or ‘certify’ but there’s something you need to click on and they’ll send a small amount of money, like less than a dollar, to your bank account.. then you just need to be able to tell them what the exact amount of that deposit was to confirm that is your bank account.
Neteller also has an ATM card you can request and you’ll have that within a week usually.
I assume you need to verify your bank account.. if so.. you better get to it if you want your money within a week. It takes one to two business days for them to make that deposit. Nothing is going to happen today I don’t think, being Sunday.
You shouldn’t have any problem withdrawing your money within the week.
Another option, is having them send you a check overnight. If you have enough money to make it worth the fee, I think it’s $30 and if you make that request before like 11am, you’ll have it the next day.

I live in Denmark, and the last Neteller check I requested only took 2-3 days before it was in my mailbox, so it should be the same for Norway.
