InactiveMaybe he is in Vegas, or maybe he is just absorbing all the workload of those who are in Vegas.
Be prepared for managers to be slow to respond for the next week or so.

InactiveSure, that’s understandable. Unfortunately, he’s already tried to tell me that he won’t release my CPA payment for August. I sent them a lot of traffic last month and many of them were college players without much money. His response is that it was “fraud traffic” and asked me to voluntarily switch to Revenue Share. That was unacceptable to me, as I purposely chose CPA because I was marketing to players who were new to online poker.
Don’t most affiliate programs tell you to choose CPA “if you’re not sure if your players will be big players”? That’s what I did. Anyway, they approved my program in the first place, so it was pretty frustrating. I have tried to address these concerns with him directly, and he has always skirted around the issue. I won’t go into a lot of detail, but that’s the case in a nutshell. I’d like to talk with someone who will actually address my concerns, although I’m sure everyone’s busy in Vegas.

InactiveWell, I hope you can work something out, but promoting with CPA can sometimes be tenuous — if you’re profitable for the site, they’ll let you remain on CPA, but, in that case, rev share is usually better anyway.

InactiveThanks, I hope it can be worked out, too.
:shots: You’re completely right about CPA, too. The affiliate program only approves of your payment if they’re still making more money on the players you refer, which would mean you are losing out by taking CPA. On the other hand, if you take CPA and your players aren’t up to program expectations, you don’t get paid, either. You’re screwed if you do and screwed if you don’t. :cuss:
Why I have a specific problem with Casino Pays is the fact that I also sent a ton of traffic to Bodog and Pacific last month – they haven’t given me a single problem. If I would’ve known how difficult CP was going to be, I would have happily brought my players to an establishment that would have appreciated my business.

InactiveHi Orit,
It’s been almost a week now and I haven’t received a response about this. I know that you said you’d forward it over to the finance department, but I’m looking forward to a swift resolution of this. Thank you for your help, and if anyone can give me some straight answers (besides Sam), I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
-Josh -
