All I know is that several players (including me) keep getting their emails and messages through the software interface ignored.
I respect the Refer Back winning the CAP affiliate award thingy, but this customer support one is quite hillarious, to say the least.

Anyone just needs to stay informed through the well known player forums to know how realistic this one is…/

I have been playing at Riverbelle for years and I have never had any trouble with Player support. Of course I dont play for huge money and I never accept bonuses, but all in all they are just fine in my book.
