I love your yearly model here! I think it has potential benefit to both parties, as sellors wont be tracking down buyers so often or trying to remember when to renew links, and it seems that buyers will have the benefit of the link for 3-4 google updates in the least

Thanks Lady Holdem, I think the 1 year links hold a lot of value for both parties. A monthly renewal requires work on both ends plus more paypal fees. I am in it for the long haul, and I want my site to link to others that are in it for the long haul as well.
Still a couple home page links available.
