I use PR Web occassionally for press releases as well and they are good but they aren’t really just for distributing articles.

The best article distribution site that I’ve come across is Ezinearticles.com

The couple of times I’ve done it through PR Web, sites have been happy to reprint my release in the news section on their sites – but don’t expect most to keep your links intact. Bit annoying that really – too many gambling sites are to greedy to link out to other sites – they don’t do themselves or their users any favours doing that.

I also sometimes use xxxhttp://articletrader.com/, and they have wordpress plugin, so you may directory to upload them to your blog
