Definitely a lot more pressure needs to be put on MGS. This silence is not acceptable. I trust MGS more than other platforms but in this case they’ve messed up royally and we cannot let them get away with it.

I agree that quite a few microgaming groups are higher risk now than they were prior to the changes in November.Since they dont take their affiliate terms seriously maybe we should pin the remainder down to signing legal contracts.
I personally think we should all join hands and sue these guys for breaking our contracts ,Let’s assume you only make $1500 a month ,In 5 years that is $90,000 they have taken from you. Most of us have earned much more than that and can easily be losing over 1 million in next 5 years.

All T&C are legally binding anyway the problem is that some of them hide through dodgy shell companies and it’s pretty hard to get through to the last link in the chain which is why people are reluctant to sue them I think. Otherwise Grand Prive should be an easy precedent. Breach of contract can’t possibly get any more blatant than that or can it:sarcasm:

i think it should be done to even if we lose we will know where we stand for the future and can set a banch mark for better t&c and legal contracts and the news that will come out of it will be better then any black list page to get the word out about Grand Prive on every new portal and every big casino portal

We have to do something about what they have done. One big lawsuit to cover us all sounds good to me once we find the owner.

I promoted Grand Prive over ALL other micros for about two years and they were one of my top two revenue generating programs so I’ve definately lost ALOT and I”m not a happy camper at all!

I really hope I never see a booth of theirs at any igaming events that I attend!
