Hi Shane,
Can this affect our income? Accounts closed that have bonuses in them, and then are removed?
Wouldn’t that have come out of our stats originally, when bonuses were put into those accounts? I’m a little confused.

Where there are NCI values in the account which are ‘reclaimed’ these amounts will be taken into account during the next payment run
