    More importantly.. why did the DOJ open and give this account back to PokerStars.

    You would think they would just take the proceeds, since they are saying it was illegal gotten.

    Are their any comments about Pokerstars being able to use this account to payout US player balances?

    Pokerstars already paid out all us player balances. They did it a few days after the seizure

    Just wanted to check-in on this… any further updates with PokerStars? I realize that they have a World Record Tournament this coming Sunday (Dec. 4th)

    However, since the updates in Sept. with the affiliate world- how’s everything going?
