Would love to vote in your poll but unfortunately you don’t have a category for greater than 100%. Since it was introduced I have been in negative (ie costs outweigh revenue) for every pay period.
I’m sick of hearing from them that transaction costs are a good sign because it means I will be getting some revenue. Seems like my players that used to play now only deposit money, take bonuses, or whatever, and never actually play any raked hands.
Transaction costs are very low, sometimes zero in my experience. Usually, the fees are based on a bonus the player received from depositing money, but that always seems to be played through within a day or two.
You can also try to negotiate lower fees.
