I was playing on PokerRoom.Com and i’ve deposited totally $150 and earn $250 (i don’t remember exactly cause it was 2 weeks ago!!!)
They blocked my account and sent an email about my copy of my credit card and my driving licence. I’ve sent them 3 times. At least they told me they forwarded my documents to their another departmant.
I’ve been waiting for 2 week for my account to re-activated. What’s going on with them?
If one of their rep is here, please refund my $150 or re-activated my account!

I had to deal with different customer service reps in Costa Rica, Ireland, and the British Virgin Islands who were totally incompetent.Talk to customer service and find out where the main office is. Then find out what number you need to call for the main office, and at what time.
When you talk to someone there, make sure you get their name and hold them accountable for the problem.
I did this with Fast Poker and finally got the head office in either the UK or Ireland. I got the guy’s name and I called back every day to find out if the problem was solved. Eventually, the guy probably got so sick of talking to me that he was forced to concentrate on solving my problem.
Anyway, it finally worked out and I got my money back.
July 20, 2005 at 10:37 pm #669013AnonymousInactiveWell, we have the affiliate manager for pokerroom here, but he does not deal with the poker room itself at all, just with advertising.
He can’t turn your account back on. But we can see if he knows someone who can take care of it…

Specifically :1) They won’t be picking on you specifically mate.
2) Credit card and drivers license checks are becoming more common especially if you are from an exotic location. As a New Zealander I have learnt this myself …
:notify:3) Internet is great but can slow response times as it may be out of office hours at the casino … and they’ll get around to it tomorrow.
Keep us informed of the situation … I’m sure the the people here at CAP can help to get it sorted out amicably.
