If this is the case I think this kills the assumption that Pokerplex rakeback players would find a backdoor to iPoker rakeback.
In terms of affiliates and players, providing you, as an affiliate can operate within the rules set out by Playtech, namely without the word RAKE in the URL, and not advertising rakeback exclusively, then I invite you set up a new affiliate account with us by clicking on the link below:

Unfortunately we were not able to migrate player or affiliate accounts and subsequently the tagging was lost too. However, once you have opened your new affiliate account and contacted your players, please get back to me with their new account numbers and I will have them tagged to your affiliate account immediately. We hope that promoting the iPoker network will be a good move for both and us.
All Grandfathered players will get a comparable amount of rakeback as they are currently getting on Crypto, although the structure will be slightly different. You will get 25% Cashback every month, on top of this you will also get a Bottomless Bonus where you will be able to continually earn bonus throughout the month, released at $10 per 1,000 Poker Plex Points. Along with the other Freerolls and tournaments we will be running, this will bring you rakeback percentage up to around 50%.

Guys, I have spoken to the management at Plex about the issue of players being lost. Of course they would have rather avoided this entirely if they could have but circumstances beyond their control. Overall I think they are the first to admit this didn’t quite all go as well as it could have.
Yes as rakeback affiliates we do have player info and it does help slightly but I believe the situation sucks for all affiliates (even the ones that don’t like us). So I came up with a possible solution, put it to Plex and they asked me to post it here as they want to make sure that as many players as possible are retagged to the correct affiliates.
If you have views/ideas on how to enhance the solution let me know.
Over the rest of the year Plex will continue to promote the new room to all old players in an attempt to get as many of them across to the new software. At that point they will then run a comparison between the old database and new database via email address and will retag all players to the correct affiliate. You just need to set up a new affiliate account.
Like I say it can probably be enhanced but it is a start, no?
