Hello Lobster and welcome to CAP :wavey:

This is an excellent question and a Valid concern. I know at least one of the major poker programs does not currently pay on tournament play and I suspect this issue is more widespread then people are aware of. Hopefully one of our webmasters who targets poker heavily will weigh in on this with a list for you.

    Hi Lobster,

    Welcome to CAP!

PartyPoker.com pays the affiliates the same % of tourney rake as of ring game rake. There is no rake for free rolls, but there is rake for PPM qualifiers.

Please refer to the earlier thread –
    http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3463

    Mail me for any clarifications.

    Thanks,
    Satya

    that’s good to hear satya.

absolute and ultimate bet aren’t paying on tournament fees. bummer, because i like both of those rooms.

can anyone else add to the list?

    Mongoose,

I know pokerroom don`t which was made me post in the first place but it just does not make sense. The room makes their money from the tournament from the add on amount (i.e $50 =$5) so why shouldn`t the affiliate earn the same % as they would from the rake ? It is just shortsightedness and sheer GREED IMHO.

pokerroom also does not pay any proceeds from non-poker revenues that players generate. i.e. casino games

Asking around among poker rooms, I get the answer that many just don’t have the tech in place to do it.

Talking to some more versed technically than me, I am told that’s BS.

    You go figure.

dom, i think it’s more the processes in place (or lack thereof) than the actual ability to do it.

if the aff prog isn’t getting information from the poker rooms on the tournament fees of the players, they can’t process it. even though they would be capable of doing that.

so, both sides might be right in their stories.
