    So online gambling will be dead soon ?

    I don’t know much about the American’s politics … But I thought that Obama is good for online gambling. I guess that all this online betting going against the American interest in some way. :unhappy:

    And it pretty wired cause lottery is legal !?!?! And lottery is only luck….

    Greekhand, Obama doesn’t have much to do with online gambling legalization in the U.S., he is pretty busy handling larger issues. It’s the Congress that is handling the issue currently, and they will probably legalize it within the next year, but in the meantime the government will most lilely continue to throw up occasional problems like this poker money freeze situation.

    Considering what’s happened in Kentucky and Minnesota, local governments will probably continue to hassle the industry even if UIGEA is repealed. Sad but true…
