InactiveBiggest poker revenue for me in order of best to worst:
1) Ultimate Bet – big limit tables = big rakes = lots of revenue!
2) Empire Poker – same rake structure as Party but less competition for signups.
3) Party Poker- the monthly bonuses are really nice.
4) PokerRoom – I would be making much more with them if they paid me for tournament players. Unfortunately, they don’t. That’s probably why their player value is less than the others. (i.e. 100 players at Ultimate Bet will make you much more than 100 players at Pokerroom.)
5) Absolute Poker – I just started promoting them so I can’t really compare. Player values are about average. I like the fact that the affiliate program is managed by Income Access. Nice reporting data.
6) Full Tilt Poker – I just joined the program. I have no idea how well I’m doing because they only send you a report once a month. No online affiliate data is provided. They need to do better if they want more affiliates. Their revenue share plan is really bad. 20% and they subtract bonuses and player fees. I signed up using the CPA plan (i usually sign up with revenue share everywhere else).
6) Poker Stars – horrible affiliate program. Only offers CPA. I can’t seem to get people to make a deposit.

We have a pretty complete list, with about 80 listed. Go to http://www.playersjet.com/poker_rooms.asp?gtype=Poker and you can browse alphabetically.
We have identified another 80 or so Poker Rooms that have yet to be added to our database. Most of them don’t offer affiliate programs. PM me if you would like to see that list.

InactiveWith little data to show so far. Only been at this for a month, we are seeing a the largest portion of sign ups with Party Poker.

InactiveHello all!
This is Sarah-Jane from Income Access and the Absolute Poker affiliate program. I saw Daniel come in here to thank you all for your kindness, so I thought I’d pop in as well with similar greetings.
I’ll take this opportunity to introduce myself and say hi! I’ve been working as the Absolute Poker Affiliate Coordinator for a little while, and I must say I love it! A lot of you are great fun to work with.
Glad to hear you are happy with the program. Please don’t ever hesitate to contact me at [email protected] with any questions, comments, good or bad – anytime! We love to get your feedback here at Absolute Poker and at Income Access as well. We really feel like open lines of communication are one of the most important aspects of great affiliate programs. After all, if we don’t know what you want, how can we help? 😉
Thanks again everyone. I look forward to participating in CAP discussions regularly!

InactiveTell that aussie wine drinking husband of yours that I say “hi” and I miss our “virtual drinking sessions”
will do, are you gonna be in Vegas in Sept.? If so you can do it “virtualless” is that a word? LOL
I do agree Poker Stars has a crap affiliate program, but we make a paycheck every single month with them so I’m not complaining.

InactiveI promote pokernexus.com which runs on the Chartwell Technology platform.

InactiveI don’t promote poker much; Eazybetz is mostly sports betting. I am working on a new site in which I want to promote Poker and Blackjack.
Right now, on Eazybetz I do very well with Purple Poker and I have to say, you get that check right on time, if not sooner and the affiliate people are really cool.
Speaking of blackjack, Does anyone know of any casinos that have some decent blackjack banners?
Thanks

InactiveI’m trying to convince Pinnacle to get a poker room going, that would be huge, i got some serious players there, i’d hook them up with Poker Stars, using the same platform, and offering a nice rev %, they would kick everyones ass in the poker world
As for these guys
Absolute Poker does good, despite below average customer service on both ends, player and affiliate…i’ve referred to them as Absolute Puker a few times, but they make money, so…
Other rooms that look promising are:
Poker.com
Full Tilt
HollywoodI dont do too well with the top rooms, Party Poker, Poker Stars, Pacific Poker, Poker Room, Paradise Poker, Ultimate Bet, but these new freshy rooms do ok for me

InactiveI think that you can make any program work for you as long as you have the following 3 T’s:
1. Trust
2. Traffic
3. Targeted NicheBefore choosing who to promote, I would choose a niche. Lets say that you like poker tournaments and you want to make a site about poker tournaments. Well, the first step is to build your site and its content (strategy), then the second step is to figure out which site(s) have the best tournaments, then write content based around that.
Also, as for PokerStars, you can make a buttload of money if you are sending them just 250 RMP a month. They give you $300 CPA (300×250=$75,000).

InactivePoker.com – I’ve sent just a miniscule amount of traffic to them compared to the other programs listed below + they have not been around near as long and I make just as much, if not more a lot of months, than the others.
Some of the nice features for affiliates at poker.com that you won’t see at a lot of other rooms: they have blackjack that you get paid for but it is calculated separately from your poker revenue so you can’t get wiped out there – they do not subtract losses one from the other at the end of month, not having to compete with rake back affiliates, & the 40% rake commission. I also like their software.
Poker Stars – I wish they did revenue share because they’ve been my most consistent poker room over time as far as traffic/qualified RMP. Their “stats” used to bother me, but over time I’ve seen a consistent amount of income from them given the traffic that was sent, so that feature (or lack of) is not an issue anymore. They do have stats, just not what you would call comprehensive. If you like to know how much traffic was sent/conversions your best bet with them is to promote them on pages with no other competitors. That way if you know how much traffic comes into the page you can sort of estimate your conversion ratio.
Ultimate & Absolute would be next. I had high hopes for these two and still do make money off of them, but it is mostly players that signed up early on. For whatever reason I cannot get conversions there any more. That has been going on now for some time. Has nothing to do with my traffic because at times there has been huge amounts and others very little. I’m guessing it has something to do with the rake back issue but am not sure. Income Access is probably the best though when it comes to communicating with their affiliates.
Full Tilt converts well but you get nickled and dimed to death with fees. Don’t ask me to explain them (the fees) because I can’t. I never even read all of the terms regarding them because I figure if it is something that you need an attorney to translate they are probably up to no good with them. Note to programs: It should not take more than 5-10 minutes to go through your terms and comprehend them. Really like FT’s poker room though and so I keep them on my sites because I think the players will like them.
Planet Poker – Planet converted well but something happened with them about 6 months ago where I couldn’t access their marketing material (or stats) and the poker room itself. Then, after a while, I could sometimes and not other times. Last time I got in there was not a lot of traffic there. Their software is buggy now too. I no longer promote them because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone when I tried to find out the status of when things would be fixed.
The casino poker rooms – have never had much luck with them. Two of them changed their terms & conditions after I signed up and I drop those type of programs and never look back.

Pokerroom does pay for tournaments, it is the only place I earn from them anymore…

Make sure it is very heavy, you need 50 real money sign ups to get paid for blackjack, and 150 real money sign ups to get paid for Caribbean Pirate Poker game(whatever that is…). To me it doisn’t seem smart to promote a site that adds games for your players…but doesn’t pay you for them from the start.
