    Greetings!

We all have seen posts with doubts concerning negative carry over issues, so let’s try to compile that information for all CAP certified programs, in an easy place for everyone to see.
The “Negative carry over thread” links to each reply. This will take a while, but it’s time well spent. I like organized information.
This way we will easily see which programs understand negative balances as advertising costs, and don’t carry over.

    Questions:

    1) Do you carry over negative balance?

    2) Is the winning player removed from the account?

    3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?

    4) Any restriction?

    Thank you for your reply!

    Hi,

    1. We do NOT carry over negative balances. An affiliate can never ever be in debt to us after a jackpot. If the house pays a big jackpot your affiliate account can go into negative, and if the negative balance is not turned positive before the payout, you will not get a casino payout that specific time. After that the balance is back to zero, no negative balance is carried over to the next period.

Note also that an affiliate can have a positive balance on poker which will be paid out even if the casino holds a negative balance. Poker and Casino is handled separately.

    2. The winning player is not removed from the account.

    3. The webmaster does not have to request a non-negative carryover agreement. This is automatic.

    4. There are no restrictions.

    Hope this answers it!
