Very attractive site, but your navigation bar is hidden from a large percentage of users. I had to refresh my browser and allow active x controls before I could see it as my internet security settings didnt display the bar until I did so. Then after viewing a subpage I had the bar vanish again and couldnt navigate. Also from an SEO standpoint I would be concerned about spiders following all your internal links.

Asthetically its very handsome though and should prove popular with visitors. You are definately on the right track.
