bet365 is worth a look, it has gotten me some whale players on my sbook site, but it’s neg carryover so can take a while to even out. they also offer £200 in free bets which is a nice incentive for depositors.. no USA though I think..

You can do search on comments on each affiliates by joining a lot of forums to see what people really think or experience on each affiliate.
Join at least 5 forums that centers on affiliates like we have here. CAP keeps you updated on many affiliates’ standing.
