    Jamie Says:
Based in the heart of London, Webroute Services was established in July 2007and is currently licensed in Malta.

Although a relatively new company to the online gaming industry, the company’s innovative approach to offering the best possible service to affiliates has already established the company as a leader within its field.

All Webroute Services clients operate from the Playtech platform, boasting the most aggressive casino game portfolio – available through download and flash, the largest poker network together with bingo and mobile solutions. The team behind this burgeoning enterprise has more than x years within the gaming sector and therefore have a true understanding of what affiliates want and how to produce optimal results that will help them to achieve overwhelming success.

Sponsor of the “Best Overall Affiliate” at this year’s inaugural CAP Awards, Webroute Services offer a flexible program to ensure that all deals negotiated are tailored to meet the demands of each individual affiliate.

Affiliates can generally expect to receive up to 40% casino revenue share and a £100 CPA on all bingo traffic with all payments made correctly and on time.

    Hello everyone!

I thought that I would let you know that Webroute Services has expanded, and as such Jamie and I will both be looking after any affiliates on the Blackpool Club campaign.

Jamie will be looking after Bingo and Poker affiliates, and I will be looking after the Casino affiliates.

For those of you who dont know me (and there are probably a few!), my name is Neil Mitchell, and I have joined Webroute after spending the last 6 years working for different Affiliate Networks in the UK. I am really excited to be here, and sincerely hope that i can offer all of you an excellent service!

For any casino affiliates who would like to get in touch, please feel free to email me at neil@webrouteservices.co.uk or alternatively add me to MSN – my MSN is TheBoyMitchell@hotmail.co.uk

It would be great to build up some good relationships with affiliates after having spent so much time dealing with Agencies and Networks!

Hope to hear from some of you soon – almost any request will be considered!!

    Neil,

I thought you were a good man, and we were having a good working relationship, but i guess not, and i have decided its time to bring it to CAP.

I have been waiting and waiting for some kind of acknowledgement that i have sent many, emails to you. with no reply , no nothing. and it concerns new players!!!…and you know the deal we have, and you are leaving these players hanging, and thinking that this place sucks!!!…how could you possiblely believe that treating new players like this would ever entice them to stay active at your casino???….and you are making me look bad by promoting you and saying you were a good new group…and i am pissed and i would like some kind of reply and would like my players taken care of please.

    Thank you
    pat

Sorry for your problems, Triple777s. That sucks. :(

Webroute may or may not be owned by Cpays. There was another thread about this here: http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/webroute-services.24763.html. Also, the CEO of Webroute (Yoni Sidi) is a former Cpays affiliate manager.

    FYI, that’s all. :hattip:

    Hi Pat,

Just a small one – I have just got back from SpringBreak where the whole Webroute team is currently recovering from the Arabian Nights party they held on the Wednesday night (Whole other story)

Anyway I spoke to Neil as this popped up on my blackberry and he said he would respond ASAP – I think it is likely to be Mon/Tues though as the internent is awful in Cyprus and its a bank holiday here in the UK on Monday

    Hope everything works out ok

    Hi Pat

Just got back from CAP Spring Break – its like 20.40 on a Sunday here and I am using my laptop at home, which doesnt have my work emails on it. However, I thought that I would let you know that *hopefully* there will be a response in my In Box when I get back. I wont know for certain until I am in the office on Tuesday, but I will check with the techie guys who were looking into your problem tomorrow. Its a Bank Holiday here tomorrow, so you may have to hold on until Tuesday if I cant get hold of them, but I will see what I can do.

I wouldnt ever deliberately not come back to you!

    Neil

ps – Alex – thanks for the heads up on this!

    ALex, thank you so much.

    Neil,

I did not think you would deliberately ignore me, but something had to be up because i have heard nothing, and i don’t know what your “techie”s have been doing about this situation, but if they are this slow on checking to make sure a p layer is new, i can imagine how slow they are going to be on something more important????

i don’t mean to be aggrevating, i really do like you and your program, but this is my first dealings with you on getting customers credited, and its has not gone well, why are tech’s looking into “what problem”??? don’t you just have to check to see if these new players are indeed new, and then on with crediting??

please help me to understand what it is that is going on, so i don’t feel left out in the dark, and so i can explain to my members, whats going on.

thank you and hope you recover from your “job related vacation” lolllll

    Morning Pat!

Luckily I dont have to cover from CAP, as I dont really party that hard….

The point I was trying to make is that I havent had access to my tech team to see whether they have responded to me or not. My laptop at home doesnt let me access work emails. So, there may be an email from them waiting for me, there may not, but i cant tell until I get into the office.

What I can do and am about to do know, is chase them up on MSN and get back to you.

I thought he was a good guy, and i am glad to see that i still feel that way, and will put this behind us as a “lovers spat” lollllll

thank you neil, and thought i should share the good with the bad.
