Im actully removing all Jetbull materiel from my sites later this week.

Reasons : many player compaints regarding withdrawel problems or players not getting paid..check for exsample SBR or Bettingadvice forum….Also they limit players very quickly..A friend of mine deposited and got the 100% bonus up to €100 (prevoius promo from jetbull), and instantly got limited to play only 150 kroner pr. bet..making it very difficult to clear the bonus…also bets took many hours or days to settle, when matches was played… Off course he did not ever deposit again! ..why should he??

Reason 2 from an aff-perspective ..Got this mail from jetbull 1 month back :

Dear Jetbull Affiliate,

My name is Tony Nguyen and I am the new Affiliate Manager here at Jetbull.com. I will be your contact in all affiliate related matters and will do my best to help and support you.
Technical improvements

Right now we are working really hard to improve our affiliate program and shortly we will introduce new features to our statistic module. This will provide you with new options when monitoring your customers.
Marketing campaigns

All the banners in our affiliate program are currently being replaced and the quality will be substantially improved.
We have many new and exciting marketing campaigns in the pipeline. Right now you can find new banners promoting our 101 Euro casino bonus and next week we will start a “free spin” casino campaign.

You can find the new casino bonus banners at http://www.jetbull.com/affiliate/tools/ In “Banner Types” just select “Casino and Games” option from the drop down menu and click on “Display” button.
New at Jetbull.com

We have extended our LIVE betting odds offer to include Formula 1 and Handball. We plan to expand the sports selection in our LIVE betting section in the near future.

Starting from the 1st of July 2009 affiliates will need to have five (5) separate depositing customers per month, old or new in order to be paid commission.

From now on we plan to keep you informed with our newsletter fortnightly.

I am looking forward to working closely with you from now on and if you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact me.

I like the way they try to hide the unfriendly new affiliate terms :roflmao:

IMO : Jetbull and 10bet : Stay away : very unfriendly terms for affiliates..especilly if you are “small” affiliate..you wont get paid for many months because you dont reach the “targets”

Thank you for the constructive criticism Jens, its always appreciated!! I would be the first to agree that we have had problems in the past, but we are aggresively taking steps to resolve them. The first step was a complete restructuring of the company. The first thing , and the most important thing is to regain the trust of both our customers and our affiliate partners. To regain this trust we knew we had to meet our obligations. The bottom line was, we were late in making payments. This has been addressed and we are currently up to date in all our payments to both our customers and affiliate partners. I believe that paid customers are happy customers. In regards to your friend and the limits, send me an email at jeffrey.smith @ jetbull.com and I will take a look at it.

Lastly, let me address your concerns with the minimum requirements of 5 depositing customers a month. That was put in place prior to my taking on the affiliate manager position. We as a company are currently relooking at the requirements. I know it is a definite hot issue with affiliates and I know you work extremely hard to earn your money. Hang in there Jens, I should know more later in the week as to the changes we will possibly make.

Things are definitely looking up at Jetbull, stay with us and reap the benefits, it will be worth your while.

Whau, I will never touch a program that introduces a clause like this in an email. Even if they “regret” it afterwards…

Thank you very much for the warning, Jens!!

Hi,
dear jetbull, “a minimum of 5 customers” means to forget about your “profitable” offer.

Hi everyone, as I mentioned in my previous post, I had just taken over the affiliate manager position. I also mentioned that I wanted to address the 5 minimum depositing customers requirement. I have addressed the situation and I am glad to inform you that as of today that requirement has been taken out of our terms and conditions. My goal is to make Jetbull affiliate friendly, we as a company will always listen to our partners. When we have made a mistake, as we did in this case, we are not afraid to take the appropriate blame. We listened to you and we rectified the situation. I can’t negate the past, I can only learn from it. What I have learned is that any important decisions have to be made with the affiliates welfare firmly in mind. As in all partnerships, for this to work it must be a fifty fifty proposition. Lets all look forward to a transparent and profitable future.

Hello CAP team,

I really dont understand why programs with such issues are being credited on here. Has nothing been learned from the mistakes and are we already back to no.1 priority is to just make money?

Hi Trafficman, I believe your being a little bit harsh in your post, though I do appreciate the open dialogue that CAPS provides. I have already admitted in my prior posts that we have made mistakes in the past, though let me add they were not made on my watch. I obviously can’t change the past but I can certainly learn from it. What I have learned is that you use the knowledge gained, be it positive or negative and use it as a tool to help achieve future success. We will become a company that affiliates will want to partner with and we will become known as an affiliate that will be acknowledged for its integrity. It will take a little time to regain our good name, but it will happen, the steps are already in place to achieve it. So, Trafficman, no person or company is perfect. The ones who are successful are those who admit to their errors and then take the steps to make sure they don’t happen again. I believe Jetbull will be one such company as we go forward.

Hello Jeff,

I fully understand your response nevertheless you do not justify the accreditation. Owing up to previous mistakes doesnt automatically make a group trustworthy. ONLY after years of good work should one become listed as there is a certain element of trust otherwise you are just another group with a lot of promises.

It is obvious that there is nothing I can say that will change Trafficman’s opinion of Jetbull and that is fine, everybody is entitled to an opinion. I actually agree with him that owning up to previous mistakes does not automatically make a group trustworthy, after all they are just words. It is also necessary to take positive actions and this I believe, is what we have done. Some of the steps we have recently taken to enhance our company profile and make us a company affiliates would like to partner up with are as follows. 1) Increased our revenue share to a base of 30% and a maximum of 50%. 2)Deleted minimum monthly depositors requirement from our T + C’s. 3) All affiliate payments are now processed and paid on the scheduled date. 4) All delinquent customer payments have been paid and new withdrawals are paid promptly. 5) We attended both affiliate conference in Budapest and the EIG conference in Copenhagen with the goal of meeting with as many affiliates as possible to learn what an affiliate expects from an operator. 6) We are in the process of purchasing affiliate software to enhance your ability to manage your account.

We are very serious about changing our image within the industry and have spent both lots of time and money to make sure this happens. I believe we are well on the way to meeting both our expectations as well as yours and can promise you that you will not have any regrets with a partnership with Jetbull.
