I would like to know exactly what criteria an aff program needs to be a certified partner of CAP. It appears to me that these few new welcomed programs are farily new to the industry. Very little information on their websites, no past history to view as far as affiliate reviews etc. I am extremely leary of new aff programs as they come and go daily! Please explain to me the procedure for CAP membership and the assurances that these are not fly by night programs?

I have not had any issues with the program the last few months that I have been promoting them. I did just now send a mail off for you all and asked that John get over here to address these issues, I do know that they are still building on the support team and getting all that good stuff in order. Players seem very happy here and no issues of being paid at all.

if the affiliate support team is not ready, then why have you Certified them.
    what’s the rush up?

    Hi Deborah,

The CAP certification process has been discussed on numerous occasions. The previous process can be found here: http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/cap-certification-process.5342.html?

As you can see from the date on this thread, this process is quite outdated. We’re currently undergoing a full review of the CAP certification and accepting feedback from everyone, including all webmasters and affiliate programs. We expect to announce the forthcoming changes within the next 30-60 days (hopefully sooner).

If it’s easier for everyone, I am happy to open a new thread to discuss this topic once again in the wide open.

    Hi there,

Oliver has been very quick to respond to queries since they’ve been listed on CAP. In addition, they work closely with the Intertops group, which are one of the most reputable operators out there.

If you have further communication issues, please PM YvetteCAP and she will assist you.

    Cheers.

Thank you for your comments. First of all: I don’t think it is fair to complain in a public forum after your e-mail has been answered.

What other issues are your referring to?

    Kindest regards,
    John
