Is it still true that you don’t really accept affiliates in the U.S., or don’t have any way to pay them? I can’t remember exactly why you said my account and players weren’t converted over to the new system, but it was something about me being in the U.S. Maybe you can clarify. Thank you.
October 1, 2007 at 4:40 pm #750383finntotoMemberHi Daera:
Thanks for the warm welcome. I have just returned from a well-needed vacation, so I really apologize for my late reply.
But to answer your question regarding GPC no longer accepting US Affiliates, the answer is unfortunately yes. If I had my way, it would be completely different. When we moved over to the Boss Media platform, we also took on their payment processors. And whereas previously we handled our own payment processing and were in a position to make our own decisions with respect to US related transactions, whether for Affiliates or Players, our new payment processor does not facilitate financial transactions to persons with a registered US address, even if the transactions pertain to Internet Marketing vs. Online Gaming.
I am hoping that we can do business in the future, Daera, so I’m still keeping my fingers crossed. But, in the meantime, it is nice to hear from you and, guaranteed, we will be keeping in touch.
Take Care! :wavey:
