I would cut down a bit on the keyword bet365, I think it appears 9 times in your keywords, stuffing is not the way to go in 2009, Google understands what your site is about withouth this. Good luck!

I think your keyword is “Bonuses at Bet365” and you will be killed by bet365.com every time.

Try something like (for bingo) 200% online bingo bonus. Or for the Sports book try Sportsbook Bonus for New Customers
Also, change your title tag to be more of a headline – like
Sportsbook Bonus for New Customers, 20 Pounds free Online Sportsbook ect

I like to colour of the page, layout is fine, but when you add more casinos you will be stuck with bet365 as your keyword.

you have a great domain name which could allow you to focus alot of your main efforts on it. With that said, i would really put some effort into making it a useful, presentable, and seo friendly site. Its indexed and aging already, so you could do alot more work on it before getting serious about starting off page seo campaigns.

as it currently is presented it will have a very high bounce rate.

tip, do not bold seo keywords. even if you dominate the se’s for that keyword, your presentation is not practical and will cause visitors to bounce. If you elect to emphasize keywords “italic” is way more reader friendly.

You can also create custom css tags that would allow the keyword to not stand out in text much at all.

actually your can use bold wherever you want and style it to look like normal text via CSS.. a useful little trick some seo’ers employ which doesn’t affect the user experience.
