Interesting idea.
It needs some security certificates posted, macafee secure, and at least one of the major financial transaction security firms.
I know here people are often asking for help transferring between Neteller and Paypal, or some other places.
not sure about the horizontal navigation (what, who, why…etc)
i would try to add another colour in there as well

Site and url are band new so, no idea about the private rank thing on Alexa but will look into it.
