I don’t really know who accepts them.. But you might want to check a bit more about alertpay. They had some serious scam problems.. I also got about 3k in unauthorised charges on my card two days after using alertpay.
If you do a quick search on alertpay+fraud on google you’ll find similar results. Perhaps they have changed for the better, but I’m not going to try and see.. So before promoting anything with them, you should double check all is okay..
