Your site looks very solid, though doesn’t have anything stand-outish (neither does mine probably).

By that I mean it does not look very exciting.

If you were able to change the header images according to the kind of page I was on, It may look a little better

looking like a good site my 2 initial points to you:

1) Sharpen you SEO – site has to be more compatible for SE
2) The grey makes it hard to read…but this is just my opinion.

I like your site just pack it with content and start some quality link building. Remember the site need to be unique to get the best results. Pick an angle and target your content around it.
