b.t.w I know about the rule of CAP forum that does not allow calling names to other people, in my case calling this person a “crook” is not a violation of the rule because I heard it from his own mouth! (one time when the crook was in a good mood he laughed and said that he is a crook! and seemed like he is very proud of himself for this too)

    LOL

I don’t know if to consider this post as a “bad programs” but it’s more like information about what’s going on behind the scenes in playtech’s development center (software developers for casino.com, tropez and others)
I was working in playtech in Estonia and saw that this company has built in Estonia an army of Estonian slaves to develop their casino products

this company playtech eventually fired me because I refused to cooperate with the ugly way of working which personally looks to me like a mafia…

Anyway now I am developing a game that is called “the story of a dwarf and a crook” and this game will be based on a true story :) the dwarf and the crock are based on real people from the top management of play-tech :)
    wait and see :)

This loos funny but it is true. They ae slaves, they are working for such ****ing low salaries it is better to be a Egyptian slave, but they have no choice. And iPoker is a mafia conglomerate

theboymitchel, you are “Affiliates United” (that is basically playtech), adding the fact that you answered to my post so fast makes me think that you just don’t like that I say bad things about your money machine don’t you?
besides this I didn’t see any real substance in your post, the comparison to Nike is not relevant, and also other things.
“get over it” is not such a strong argument isn’t it?
but anyway, thanks for the tip, I AM over it, I have my own company now and lots of ideas that will add value to the industry.

    Hey lauferb

Sorry – I didnt realise that my username had that tag – I think I have edited it. I used to work for William Hill, and then that became AffUtd, and then they moved everyone to Tel Aviv, and I got the push. So I know more than most about what you say, and how disappointing it is when you lose your job, *and* how ruthless they can be (but thats not always a bad thing, its what makes them good at what they do – which is making money).

Anyway – I left AffUtd in July. Hope that clarifies things :)

theboymitchel, there is a difference between us although we both share the disappointment of loosing our job
as I understand from your things you were fired due to changes in the organization structure,
I was fired to hide a failure of one manager so he’ll not get a failure in his record and I will get it instead

    so what happened?

This manager came to my house and told me that there is a very important and urgent project and offered to me specific salary for it and urged me to start working on it as fast as I can since it’s so urgent.
I accepted it and did not wait to get all of this in a contract since I trusted his word, I rushed to Tartu (city in Estonia where playtech’s development center is) and started working on the project
while I was working on this project I saw many difficulties, I tried to warn that this project is about to fail but my things were ignored
after a while I got from playtech a contract that specified different things than what this person agreed with me, I refused to sign on it since it was different than what we have agreed on
during the time while I was working in Tartu I also found out that the same responsibility for this project was offered to other people in playtech in Israel,
after some time I got fired by a very ugly letter that was sent to me and as strange as it is I was fired without even having a contract!
I was working with no contract! since I thought that playtech is going to take care of this and I spent all my time and energy on this “urgent project”.
now this manager is flying in a private Jet and pretends that he does not know anything about this, very easy solution…

Sorry to hear your woes Lauferb, but if there was no contract then sadly you have no comeback on this.

We’ve all done it – taken people at face value and trusted them only to be let down – but thats where we learn more about how to run our businesses.

Anyway – good luck for the future and I hope everything works out well for you

ps – I wasnt fired, I was made redundant (its a small difference :D)

Don’t be so sorry, I don’t take it as an insult to be fired by a crook :)
    actually the opposite,
what did this crook do? he got friendly with the boss and used it to manipulate all the people in playtech? there is nothing productive or hard work that this crook do there I can tell you, many other people that I met DID in both Israel and in Estonia

I did many things in my life before working there: I built technologies to the academy of sciences in China and other companies worldwide. I am not insulted by the fact that a crook like this fires me, but I am insulted by the fact that playtech’s management is backing it up and that you are the one that talks in their name.

this is the biggest forum of affiliates, affiliates bring 40% profit to the industry,
doesn’t playtech’s management need at least to register to this forum and see this thread and respond? at least to show some respect to affiliates and register to the biggest affiliates forum

“publicly listed company”, let’s make it really “publicly listed” sneaky.gif

    it’s been a while… almost forgot about this thread…
but long enough for a crook to register to CAP and write a reply isn’t it?
    but no….

ok :) time to play :)

next story and game will be much shorter than the previous one.

name of the game: “The story of a dwarf and a crook II / The hidden casino and the global shaving of the casino industry

    Place your bets please!

(I put 1 euro on red diamond) :)

That’s all folks (for me anyway)

The same I can say about any other organization like an Apple for example..They have more slaves than Playtech)) so what? Users are getting high-quality products, why not?)) I think that your try to humiliate PlayTech for the purpose of “promoting” your games is not the best way to tell the whole world about your start-up))
