I personally played the live game on 32Vegas which adopts the Playtech games. I will keep updating all the information of Playtech games. Webmaster please keeping an eye on this

Based on 100 dollar bet, 100 betting scale (bet were on baccarat always bet on banker)
    23 Winning bet
    77 Lost bet
It appearently the 32 vegas alive game, ie baccarat, the players have been reduced dramatically, I guess everybody could figure out the reason.

Another test of the games which they allowed three card poker and pai gow poker, the deposit of 100 dollars with the bonus 320%
the bet on those games which they ALLOWED.
I bet 2 dollars every time on pai gow poker
after reach the wagering requirements, you will lose definitely 300 dollars at least. Generally you will lose all your money.
I was wondering another person did any test on 32vegas games too?

i checked the relative information reported,
    1. 32vegas claims for the fair gaming – from all the data collected, it explains something, those games never fair
    2. The withdrawal contains serious problems – 4 days delay – wagering reqiurements after you reach, they will set up new standard without a reason
    3. The documents ID are checked after made withdraw
    4. also they will reserve the rights of cut off all your winning
    5. They will send you cheque instead of your orginal deposit to refund your deposits
    6. Customer supports lie to the players all the time, what they said after you contact them again, they just say “no” and “according to our C&T, blar blar blar”

CPAY manager I highly suggest you to ban the casino into black list instead of promote them. This casino has serious problems.

Playtech licensees currently appear to be out of control. Issues range from absurd slow payment, through cheap tricks into unashamed theft.

I felt a summary, with problems outlined with links and all casinos listed, would be useful in the main forum. Maybe Playtech will eventually work out it’s not in their interests to let this go on unchecked.

    Well, they are very dodgy.

I have a similar problem with them, though it started about a week ago.
I did get the 320% bonus and at the time Casino War was allowed according to their T&C’s. So I met the WR and requested a cash-out.
It was denied and they said I didn’t meet the WR because War was not allowed.
What happened was that hey changed it a day or so after I deposited and played War. In the correspondence I started I’m getting the run around.

I am one of several players to whom this happened, some have been payed and some haven’t.

They did the exact same thing to me. I played Aces and Faces which are allowed according to the terms on the website. They wrote me the same email as quoted in the first post telling me that the terms actually arent on the site. How can they honestly hold people to terms that are no where to be found on the site??

Yes… after about 6 back and forth emails from support, I sucked it up and wagered on slots. The last email from their support told me that ‘there is nothing else i can do for you’

Ok, I’m ready to play their game again… I e-mailed them and they said I can withdraw…. what’s the over/under on how long I have to wait to actually get this money (I’m assuming they’ll keep messing with me)

This places need to be rouge-warned for deceiving withdrawls and delaying cashouts

wtan – with all due respect, the comparisons you are making for RNG games do not relate to your issue with the live gaming.

You did not say what live game you were playing. Assuming it is baccarat, I think you cannot possibly have a case as the player (you) has full control over what they want to bet – it is absolutely impossible to stack the deck in a live game of baccarat.
