Playtech licensees currently appear to be out of control. Issues range from absurd slow payment, through cheap tricks into unashamed theft.
I felt a summary, with problems outlined with links and all casinos listed, would be useful in the main forum. Maybe Playtech will eventually work out it’s not in their interests to let this go on unchecked.

Well, they are very dodgy.I have a similar problem with them, though it started about a week ago.
I did get the 320% bonus and at the time Casino War was allowed according to their T&C’s. So I met the WR and requested a cash-out.
It was denied and they said I didn’t meet the WR because War was not allowed.
What happened was that hey changed it a day or so after I deposited and played War. In the correspondence I started I’m getting the run around.I am one of several players to whom this happened, some have been payed and some haven’t.

They did the exact same thing to me. I played Aces and Faces which are allowed according to the terms on the website. They wrote me the same email as quoted in the first post telling me that the terms actually arent on the site. How can they honestly hold people to terms that are no where to be found on the site??randomsurf said:
Yes… after about 6 back and forth emails from support, I sucked it up and wagered on slots. The last email from their support told me that ‘there is nothing else i can do for you’MCR11 said:
Ok, I’m ready to play their game again… I e-mailed them and they said I can withdraw…. what’s the over/under on how long I have to wait to actually get this money (I’m assuming they’ll keep messing with me)This places need to be rouge-warned for deceiving withdrawls and delaying cashouts

Inactivewtan – with all due respect, the comparisons you are making for RNG games do not relate to your issue with the live gaming.
You did not say what live game you were playing. Assuming it is baccarat, I think you cannot possibly have a case as the player (you) has full control over what they want to bet – it is absolutely impossible to stack the deck in a live game of baccarat.
