It is with regret that we have to inform you that in light of recent legislative changes in the United States; PlayShare (PokerShare and CasinoShare) will no longer be able to accept transactions from either new or existing players residing in the 11 STATES listed below, as of today, Friday, October 13th, at 11:30 am EST.

WE CONTINUE TO ACCEPT TRANSACTIONS FROM THE OTHER 39 STATES IN THE UNITED STATES

We have no choice but to close the accounts for all players residing within these States. Money remaining in the accounts will be returned to players via an automated cash-in process after the accounts are closed.
As a result, you will no longer be able to generate revenue from PlayShare’s Casino or Poker Room in these States:

    1. Michigan
    2. Illinois
    3. Louisiana
    4. Oregon
    5. Washington
    6. Wisconsin
    7. Indiana
    8. Nevada
    9. South Dakota
    10. New Jersey
    11. New York

We look forward to working with you in other markets and would like to arrange a call to discuss your account and how we can maximize your future revenue excluding these states. If you have any queries or would like to find out more, please do not hesitate to contact your affiliate manager OR email affiliates@playshare.com. We will keep you informed of any changes in regard to this situation and look forward to continuing our existing relationship.

    Kind regards,
    PlayShare Affiliates
