Hi there Jment,
Yes we do show closed accounts and the reasons for the accounts you see as closed are when players request their accounts closed or when they have been black listed as Fraudsters.
As for payments, currently there is no single page view for all past payments, for now simply run the report on a month on month basis to see the payments you were due each month.
