    Antoinette,

First I want to say that this EZ Bonus system is a great step, and should reduce a lot of player complaints. But I am getting complaints about this clause in the terms.

If a player fails to qualify for the 15%, 12,5%, 10% or 5% bonus as per the terms and conditions listed above, the bonus will automatically be deducted from the player’s balance on cashing in or on a subsequent purchase.

What this sounds like is, say a player deposits $200 and gets a 25 Neteller bonus. Say he loses this right away so none of the of the wagering is satisfied. This makes it sound like if he then deposits another $200 you are going to deduct that $25 from his deposit so he now only has $175.

I’m sure that is not what is intended, but when I try reassuring the players they come back with — “then why is it in the terms?”

    Hi BJF,

This term was introduced to help fight the abuse we have already started getting on this new EZ bonus system. This term will only be enforced on people abusing the system and acts as a safety measure for the casinos and the affiliates against such abuse.

If you would like more details then you can PM me.

I tired PMing you but didn’t hear back.

My 2 cents – to write terms like this and selevtively enforce them is a bad idea. We all understand you have problems with bonus abusers. If so just email them and tell them they can’t get anymore bonus. That is the most honest and straightforward way to handle this. But when you tell person A that the terms are X, and person B that their terms are Y, just because we decided to, well that can only end badly.

I am curious what others here think about this.
