I am at my wit’s end!! I just wanted to share my awful experience and receive any advice you guys may have.
Ok… on Oct. 11th I hit all the wilds on Cashville betting 200 credits. I hit for $5000 at Casino Grand Bay (Grand Prive Group) !!! So I cashed out at $4100. Wonderful! Well, I waited and waited for my check. I find out 3 weeks later (via e-mail) that my checks will be no good because the account they were drawn on was closed. So there I was… not able to cash in my winnings. This is after waiting 3 weeks for my check to arrive. So, they said the check could be cancelled and they can send my funds to my bank account via ACH. Fine… however, to cancel the check it would take 3 -5 business days, and then 3-5 business days for them to transfer to my bank account . They told me yesterday the check hadn’t been cancelled yet! I had requested the check be cancelled on last Tuesday, 11/6! 10 days ago. Today they told me the check was cancelled but it will take 5 business days from Monday for the funds to reach my account. I don’t even know if they’re telling me the truth because I have heard so many different stories from their customer support.

always if a player posts on my board any complaint about Grand Prive, i always try to calm that player and mostly all is solved soon.
Really i always tell them that i personally had never any problems and always got my winnings.
But now i really dont know anymore what i should say to a player.
She is desperated, waiting to get her cashout since 12 Oct.
Due this is posted on my forum, its sure my business too.That player states she 1st requested a check, but then the check she got was bogus.
Now, Grand Prive tells her since almost 2 weeks diffrent stories
1st yeah check will be cancelled, then again.. no , check is not cancelled yet we need to wait til checks are cancelled only then we can send you your winnings via wire.All that player wants it to get her 1st ever cashout soon.
She say she loosing the trust and she feel bad treated from the support also.
i find that very pitty,
due as i said already, i always liked to play at your casinos and all was ok.
What is going on there?
Today is 24 Novemeber and she hasnt got her cashout yet.Any chance you speed up that players cashout?
She is so hoping to get that money before xmas.Regards

I do apologize for the inconvinience this has caused you?
Please supply us your account number (or the player who has experienced the problems ) account Number and we will investigate this for you.
The truth is that once a check has been canceled we do need to wait for this to be confirmed before we re send funds and this can be a process.
Please get me your details ASAP so we can get you your money

and did let me know that they sure try to do what they can
and they gave that player a $200 bonus for that hassle
i must say this is really WOWI am very glad to see that Grand Prive still cares a lot for their players
