InactiveI really like the program as well but the support has simply been horrible.
I try not to advertise places with bad support. I go and test them myself.
Sometimes the aff manager will intervene for you. It depends on how responsive the casinos are to the specific aff program.
Just try to stay away from places that offer bad support or have a bad reputation and you’ll avoid much of this.

InactiveI have dealt with the same thing and the best thing to do is contact your affiliate manager or relation manager. In my experience, they have always answered me and told me what was going on with the player’s account (no personal info though.)

InactiveCan you tell us which casino this is?

InactiveAbsolute Poker
I totally agree with you Dom but in my experiences with AP the support wasn’t too bad.
I have also had player problems (where’s my bonus, why can’t I withdraw? etc) about Belle Rock Gaming and Starluck but as far as I know those problems are sorted out.

InactiveIf I interpreted your message correctly you’re saying that the problem that you are describing here is with Absolute Poker?
We manage the Absolute Poker affiliate program and we always do our best to work these things out. To my knowledge we haven’t received the details of the player issue. Have you contacted the affiliate support at [email protected]?
Can you please email the details to me at [email protected] and copy [email protected]. We’ll be able to look into the situation further when we have the details.
Thanks

InactiveHi Jennifer,
I have not contacted affiliate support because I am not a absolute poker affiliate. I do recommend poker players to Absolute&Party Poker though. Most of my visitors are casino players so it’s not worth my trouble signing up at poker programs for a few dollars a month.
I am not entirely sure where the player sent his emails, but I sent mine to [email protected] When I’m on the laptop I’ll send you the details Jennifer.
For the record I wasn’t trying to talk down any Income Access property, it was a general question that I’m sure many of us face.

InactiveI get a lot of non-payment complaints for all kinds of casinos.
Usually they are from first time players who won something but don’t fulfill the wagering requirements for the bonus.
These guys get very angry and I cannot help them.
They are first time and last time players. They never play again, they are convinced they have been cheated.

InactiveHi EyesCoffee
Thanks for letting us know about this. A few things here….
First of all, just to let you know Absolute Poker does have a dedicated support team with pretty good response times. Over the past couple of months there have been some email issues which have been beyond their control. There have been issues delivering emails to players using hotmail/msn accounts as well as other ISP’s that use MSN enhanced features (sympatico.ca and verizon.net for example). The problem is that the sender doesn’t get a message indicating the message hasn’t been received and the recipient never knows that an email has been sent to them. As you can imagine this is very frustrating for both parties and they are working on resolving this issue.
Most times, when we hear of people not receiving messages from Absolute Poker this has been the problem. 😡Quote:I am not a absolute poker affiliate. You really might want to consider signing up as an affiliate. The few dollars a month can really add up and I’m sure that there you might even discover that your visitors really do have an interest in poker after all.

Looking forward to receiving your email with the details.
