A good RTG like iNetBet and Club World will, if you ask, scratch the negative carryover if it doesn’t look like being recouped from that player after a month or two.
Also, some RTG Random Jackpots are group-wide while some are “local”, One would expect the group-wide ones to be paid from a central fund, in which instance it should not (note “should”) affect commissions, whereas obviously local ones would.
I’d suggest contacting your rep and explaining that this means you’re screwed and can they scratch the neg. If they say no, then tell them you will be sending traffic to another casino until it’s cleared as that’s the only sensible business decision.
