Yes, I agree with BJF. Carrying over wagering requirements from a bonus + deposit that was previously lost always causes problems.
It’s a bad policy IMO. I think this is a situation where the casino should bite the bullet and set the wagering back to zero if the player busts out.
I’ve been thinking of carrying your casinos; however, if this is the current bonus policy of your group, I will probably reconsider.
Just my 2 cents, but your group of casinos has always had a bonus policy that was very hard for the players to understand. I believe this has kept your casino portfolio from achieving the prominence of most other Microgaming casinos.
When it comes to bonus money, promotions and Terms & Conditions, the simpler things are the better.

InactiveProfitshare recently went to the EZ Bonus system which is a great step in the right direction. Maybe everyone is gone for the weekend. Hope you are having fun Trish.:rasta:

I like that if they win, they can give up the bonus and just cash out.

InactiveGday BJF,
Sorry it took a little while to get back to you! Yes, had a great weekend, how about yourselves?

I’ve been talking with the casinos regarding this complaint from a player and can confirm that this was a complete mixup.
This is not the normal thing that would happen and the casinos are now working to ensure that this type of thing can not happen again in the future.
Let me know if you’ve got any other questions!
All the best.
Cheers
Trish
