player complaint still and again . rejected CCs – money lost

    i have to post this now
    cuz this is something what really bugs me
    longer ago i pmed that story to Irwin
    a player deposited via CC at Lake palace
    money did not get credited to his account
    and he never recived that money back,
    lot of probs have been, fax did not work, then e-mail not
    however
    that player just posted that issue was never solved.
    i do not find that ok

    and now another player has the same problem

    Hello On june 2 I deposited $51 at Grand Bay. There software said that it was rejected. O.k When I went to my credit card site The money was withdrawn. So I contacted GB support. Told them that it was taken from my credit card. They wanted a statement of my credit card purchases. So I emailed them the statement and circled the withdrawal. (Before I sent the statement I gave them the terminal # aand GB support said it was their number. ) Any how It was clear that the money was sent to them. I emailed them yesterday and they said they haven’t gotten feed back from my credit card processor. since they received the deposit shouldn’t they just be able look at their records and see that they received it.
    I like Grand Bay and haven’t had any problems until now. I deposit with them all the time. Anyone Else have this problem?

    Dont hold your breath to get the money back. I deposited with my combination bank card/ credit card at that group and mine said rejected as well. They took the money from my bank account. I emailed, faxed and phoned them for months and sent them proof of there deposit by sending in my bank statement. Finaly the told me that I got the money when I made the deposit. I never did. I told them to check my activity on the casino, because I never played since the deposit. No reply and their USA phone # was disconnected. That was in January, I just gave up on it last month.

    due the other players did still not get his money back
    and now i have again such a complaint
    and Irwin did not manage to fix anything
    i have to post this here now
    i hope you find a way that such a thing wont happen no more
    i would appreciate if you could look into both players accounts
    let me know i get you their IDs

    I always back Lake palace and co
    due i personally play there and all i can tell my members is
    that i always got my winnings
    well
    i want to keep up that good rep

    i want to add
    of course it is very good you double check such deposits
    that is sure in our all interest
    but i think the other important thing is also
    to make sure players feel safe at your casinos
    and good treated

    so please find out where the money goes if the CC gets rejected by the casino.

    1 positive thing here
    that player got his funds now
    took 8 days
    at least this is solved

    the other player who had an issue already in January never got his money back,
    i still want somone please look into that matter.
