vladcizsolMemberHello Dean and welcome to CAP
The program looks good, but I would ask that you add a Net Win commision plan. I personally don’t “do” CPA and I know many of the larger affiliates pass on this model also.
If you add Net Win I think it will make the your program more attractive to full time marketers.
Good luck

Inactivethanks for the heads up professor we hope to have our commission based program live next week.
we will have 3 different options involving commission , we want to ensure our affiiates receive a check from us everymonth even if the players win.
we were also tossing around a % of turnover scheme have you had any experience with those before ? the upside it it guarantees affiate payments win lose or draw and it does reward the affiliates for high roller traffic.
i havent seen too many around that offer a % of player turnover , i would appreciate any feedback.

vladcizsolMemberQuote:% of turnover schemeCan you expand on this? How would this model work?
November 19, 2003 at 2:33 am #641791Anonymous
Inactivethe % of turnover is based on how much the players play
for example a blackjack player betting $50 a hand for 500 hands would be $25,000 turnover
we are thinking about a commission scheme to affiliates that pay about 1% of turnover for the life of each player.
so in the above example an affiliate would earn $250 for that player for that time.
the advantage of the scheme for affilaites is it doesnt matter how much the player wins affiliates get paid regardless. which will ensure a check from us each month or week or day ( however we decide to pay )
we are still crunching the numbers on this but this is what we have in mind.
i would be interested if affiliates that frequent this forum would be intersted in such a scheme
regards
Dean

vladcizsolMemberI am interested to see everyone elses input, but I personally would not opt for that type of a scheme. Its too hard to track from an affiliate standpoint and it doesn’t strike me as a good gauge of real player value.
I tell you what WOULD be very exciting to me as an alternate payment scheme. It’s some thing that has been done by Slotland for years and is fantastic. It’s percentage of deposit.
It’s great because your earnings as an affiliate do not go on a roller coaster ride with player winning and losing. You don’t get any end of month surprises either and no negative carryovers to worry about. It truly is a dynamite pay scheme and I would heavily promote a casino that used this same model.
The limitation with Slotland is they are slots only and have a very limited appeal in the market. If a casino with a broad offering of games offered this payment scheme they would quickly find themselves on EVERY major and mid sized affiliate portal.
25% – 35% of player deposits based on monthly volume would knock the rest of the market on it’s ass and put your casino at the fore front.
Please consider this model and let us know if it’s possible to implement.

Inactivethanks for the feedback
not only is what you suggest possible but it is one of the 3 new offers we will be launching next week.
we have a few things up our sleeve and we recognize that affiliates would prefer an interupted payment scheme and not the roller coasters !
we will launch the % of turnover program as well – we will give our affiliates the choice – i think this is the best we can do and let the affiliates decide what suits them and their traffic.
we like to be aggressive with our marketing and hopefully it will be rewarding for our affiliates – and for us !
i will post in the appropriate forums when we are ready to roll with the new programs
cheers

InactiveIn case anyone was wondering about these guys, as far as their payouts I get a nice payment into my Neteller account daily. Made over $3,000 in a week and didn’t have to do anything really. Only shortfall is that now that they are established I have stopped making anything really since I did the download program……my mistake!

The Professor is right ON the money on this.Because $lotland has been able to do it and do it well for so long … I am sure it is feasible.

InactiveYou will be please to know we are launching the deposit based program on Thursday – taking a little longer than we expected but we will in fact be launching 3 new programs for webmasters to choose from and a multi tiered system for any affiliates you refer.
The new programs are :
1. % of deposit
2. % of turnover
3. % of net winAll these programs are straight up with no hidden deductions , the % of net win will be that , we wont even take out for chargebacks , reserves etc it will be a straight up %. And we will not carry forward losses.
The % of turnover program i believe will also be rewarding to webmasters as it will guarantee a payment to the webmaster ( paid everyday into neteller ) wether the players win or lose which is similar to what you are looking for in the % of deposit program – no roller coasters. And because it is based on how much the players are wagering we dont have to wait until the end of the month to see if the players win or lose we can pay everyday.
