Alexpratt I don’t really have a postal code here in the Phils and I would guess it would take both allot of money and time to get the mags here. I will check out on line and I will subscribe. Thanks.
    .

Don’t worry about the costs – The programs that advertise in there pay that so we will post anywhere in the world no matter where it is.

Oh and another company that has an office in the Philippines is Asian Logic (used to be called ESL) they manage Tila Casino and Zipang amongst others. I think the cheaper labour has attracted a few suppliers and operators out there.

    Welcome grandpa

With dedication there is no reason why you can`t succeed and in this industry I`d think age really doesn`t matter. Just stick to your plan, never give up and you`ll be rewarded accordingly. All the best with your adventures :hithead:

    cheers

    Who you calling Grandpa?:huh2::huh2:

Your are absolutely correct about being focused. I have so many other opportunities for website/affiliate marketing and it’s to turn away from them and stay focused. Next month will be the month I have my website up and running. I am on Philippino time so that may be 1 1/2 months

    Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks Brian, for the invite. I am still trying to find a web developer to build my website here in Manila. Once I get it up and running I will be happy to exchange links with you. I have had a hard time finding someone to tell you the truth. And, also to find a good SEO person.

Thanks MrYook for your offer to help me. I was in Cebu for just a few days. I thought it would be allot different than Manila. I guess I was expecting no pollution and an nice fresh squeezed orange stands with coconut trees all over the place. I went to Cebu with the purpose of hiring people to work for me on various projects. I then thought that if Cebu is the same as Manila and just smaller then why not go back to Manila where I may have a better resource pool to find people. Funny thing is I have been having a difficult time finding people. I ran an ad in a newspaper here, craigslist and a few sep forums in Philippines. Still I have no luck. Many of them start quoting me prices like I would pay back in North America just because I am a foreigner.

Good SEO people I find are working for companies that pay allot of benefits. Crappy wages but benefits. A person could work for me and in a year that person could likely earn a really good wage and would become an expert in SEO. Anyway, for me, hiring a freelancer or getting someone to work in my condo is very difficult. Not impossible…I don’t like that word lol, but difficult.

I’m actually living in Cebu, Philippines right now. I’m originally from
the U.S. and I tend to spend 3-6 months in the Philippines every year.

Actually, the Philippines is one of the few online gaming jurisdictions in Asia.
The government issues licenses to online casinos through First Cagayan,
and most of these online casinos directly focus on the asian market.

    First Cagayan

Also, if you’ve ever played at a Playtech casino.. you’ll notice that the
live dealers are filipinas and the live casino studio is within Manila.

I’m very well traveled in the Philippines, especially through out Luzon, Samar,
Leyte, & Cebu. So, if you have any questions, etc.. feel free to send me a PM here at CAP.

It’s been awhile now since I last posted. I have returned to developing my website and doing my own SEO on it. I kind of got sidelined here in the Phils. I am now back on track. I am very new at all of this and have not even picked out my affiliates. I am trying to do research on them to find out who I should go with. If any of you have any ideas please feel free to emal me at franko4444 @ gmail dot com.

    Thanks to Everyone

    Hello Franko,

For poker programs to promote you might want to check out http://www.pokeraffiliateprograms.com it is a CAP sister site but directly focused on promoting poker, the guys there can have loads of ideas about which programs to promote.

When you have your list I strongly recommend to visit http://www.affiliateguarddog.com and check your chosen programs’ terms and conditions rating there. Affiliate guard dog is a superb website by affiliates for affiliates, they are monitoring almost every program’s Terms and Conditions, and you can gain an insight to which program has affiliate friendly terms and which has predatory ones.

After this little research you will have some very good programs on your hands with that you cannot go wrong :)

    I hope this helps :)

I keep getting sidelined here in Asia. I am hoping to have my poker websites up and running this month. I have been able to hire a few persons here in Dumaguete, Philippines and I am “on fire.”flame.gif I am not trying to promote my website here. It is even near ready to launch. But I am pretty excited. I spent most of last night buying domains. I have my own community now of Monster Poker domains. Eyecrazy.gif I don’t like posting things before they are finished but I just have to post just one of my Monster Mash sites… again it is not ready to launch..feedback appreciated.

My concern now is who I should be affiliated with? I sure could use some help in this direction. I have hesitated adding anything elst to my website until I get feedback. Also, if I can give someone a boast or credit for a referral – why not?

Here are a few members of my Monster team below.

http://www.monsterrakebacks.com – can be seen on the internet but not ready yet.

    Franco –

perhaps this article from our CAP learning center can help you in selecting a suitable affiliate program http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/Newbies/choosing-the-right-casino-program.php

Also, you can view the ratings of affiliate programs on this page and see what other affiliates have written about working with a particular program. The ratings are indicated by the yellow stars, with 5 stars being the highest.

    Hope that helps!
