Anyone come up with a payment option for US Affiliates?

Will you eventually add QT/UMW so US Affiliates can get paid?

    Hi GamblersGems,

Our processor has stopped offering all US payment methods and the company we looked into the other methods with will not accept any new US business. Unfortunately the decision does not come from our side and is limited to what these processors offer 🙁

At this point we are suggesting that all US based webmasters open offshore accounts so that they can still be paid.

If anything becomes available in the interim I will definitely let you all know.

    Thanks,

    Nicole.

Nicole Quick Tender and Eco Card are both working. We also would appreciate it if you guys added Affiliate SpeedPay as an option. If you want to come on board with ASP we will waive the set up fees to help you get this through accounting in a timely manner.

There is NO LEGITIMATE REASON US Affiliates cant be paid. If the effort is made there are numerous options on the table.

    I agree with the Professor.

Unfortunately the decision does not come from our side and is limited to what these processors offer.

    Find new processors, then. :)

    (Nothing personal, Nicole). :wavey:

Professor, thanks for the update, our Accounts Department is looking into EcoCard as I type because they informed us that they would no longer facilitate our EcoCard payments from the middle of last month.

Many of our US based webmasters have been paid as they have opened offshore bank accounts. So it is not a case of there being no avenue for paying US affiliates, just a very limited one when payments were processed this month.

That said, obviously paying ALL webmasters is top priority for us and we are trying to push through US payment methods somehow. I have again brought this to the attention of management and I am told they are awaiting confirmation on a possible solution whereby we will be able to pay via Check again.

We are working to find a solution as quickly as possible (believe me, I have become the resident nag around here!). I totally understand the frustration with this and can assure you that we are committed to making all payments due.

Just a quick update, we have received confirmation that we will be able to pay via Check again and will be liaising with US based webmasters regarding this.

Still waiting for an answer from EcoCard…

And ASP? That’s what I am looking for and what I will be using ONLY in the future – so if you aren’t getting on board, then I guess I’ll have to stop promoting your casino :(

KwBlue, we (along with other MGS casinos) are looking into ASP with our processor, but unfortunately we cannot offer it without it being integrated on their side first. We are awaiting a decision and every effort is being made from our side to get this accepted :whipper”

I will definitely let everyone know when we have a decision on it.

As for EcoCard, we have received correspondence from them stating that they withdrew from the US market on August 24th and have stopped processing purchase transactions. It has apparently been possible to do payouts to US based EcoCard customers in order to ensure that all payouts initiated prior to their withdrawal would still get processed and reach customer accounts, however all payments will cease once the pending ones are through. Obviously payments on our side were processed at the beginning of September after the withdrawal date.

    I hope this information helps?

My apologies for any confusion caused rlbeaman.

At the end of last month we were informed that we could no longer pay US based affiliates via check, which is why you received correspondence regarding that issue. Then, last week, a solution was found whereby we could once again offer check payments to the US and you then received an updated mail explaining this. I know this may seem bizarre but payment issues have been changing rapidly over the last few months and we try to keep everyone as up-to-date as possible.

Regarding the communication on your account, I have discussed it with the relevant affiliate manager here and have found that you enquired about your payment for commissions earned in July (paid in August) and were informed that these were under the payment minimum and had been carried over to the month of August. Your earnings for August then exceeded the payment minimum and you received a mail informing you of this and the ability to send you a check again.

I hope this helps to clarify things better? Please always feel free to e-mail, or chat to us regarding anything that confuses you and we’ll be more than happy to discuss it.

Please let me know if there is anything else?

    Thanks,

    Nicole.

Professor, as discussed yesterday, the reason you haven’t received any money is because there is not a payment due to you for August.

Blame it on the winner!!!!

Did I read in another post that check is now an option???

as Professor stated earlier….many affiliate programs can send in some form or fashion payments to US Affiliates.

Quicktender/USEMYWALLET works great, or paper check.

Speaking od check, my payment option is set on check now. my ending balance for August was not carried forward to Sept so I was wondering if a check was sent? my aff user is mynuw

You guys used to be on myAList but when you kicked out all of my US Players you also killed my earnings and now that I have other players I can’t even get paid.

Gamblersgems, check is an option as we found a solution last week that enables us to send checks to the US again.

We are making every effort to ensure that everyone gets paid, doing anything else would just be stupid, this is a partnership after all.

The payment minimum for check is $100 and I will have your account manager look into the status of your account and get back to you.
